Contractual Identity & Scope

DesignState ApS (herein "the Studio") is a registered Danish architectural design practice operating under CVR 36027266. These Terms of Service govern all interactions with designstateaps.com and the preliminary engagement stages for our spatial solutions. By accessing this digital drafting table, you accept these baselines in full.

We focus on the intersection of residential comfort and commercial efficiency. Our role is to provide architectural design and consultation. We do not provide structural engineering directly; those services are coordinated through our licensed partner network. These terms ensure that the creative and technical boundaries of our Holte-based studio are clear before any material is sourced.

Architectural Definitions

To ensure material honesty, we define the following terms as they apply to our spatial design process and digital presence.

01 / BASELINES

Design Deliverables

Refers to all blueprints, lighting plans, bespoke furniture sketches, and material specifications produced by the Studio. These are the physical and digital outputs of our design intent.

02 / SPATIAL VOLUME

Physical Scope

The defined residential or commercial environment where our design work is applied. This includes internal reconfiguration and material finishing as outlined in individual project contracts.

03 / TACTILE SAMPLES

Material Integrity

The physical representations of wood, stone, and textiles provided during the consultation. Note that natural materials may vary from digital previews shown on this site.

User Conduct

We expect visitors to interact with our digital portfolio with the same respect one would show a physical architectural studio.

Data Accuracy

When requesting a quote or spatial analysis, you must provide accurate site dimensions and project requirements. Architectural precision begins with reliable data.

Security Integrity

You are prohibited from attempting to bypass our digital drafting systems or interfering with the spatial logic of our online service hub.

Obligation 03

Holte Regulations

Users must acknowledge that spatial design is subject to local Danish building codes. We architect within these boundaries; you must comply with them.

Feedback loop

Iterative design requires active client feedback. Delayed communication may impact project baselines and overall lead times.

Ownership of Intent

All designs, blueprints, sketches, and material palettes displayed on this site or produced for clients remain the intellectual property of DesignState ApS. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license for the use of finalized designs within the defined physical scope of your project.

Reproduction of our 'measured baselines' for other sites or commercial gain without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Architectural integrity is born from unique spatial contexts; our designs are not generic templates.

Copyright Protection

Limitations & Fit

We architect with precision, but every project has structural and legal boundaries. Please review these trade-offs before committing to a spatial reconfiguration.

Structural Engineering

We provide spatial planning and material specifications. Load-bearing changes require verification by our licensed engineering partners. We do not assume liability for structural failures caused by unauthorized changes.

Permit Processing

Timelines are subject to Holte municipal permit speeds. While we coordinate the filings, we cannot guarantee government processing times or local building code changes.

Material Availability

Bespoke Nordic materials (oak, stone, canvas) are subject to seasonal supply chains. Lead times provided in quotes are estimates based on current availability at the time of drafting.
